The Epinal Dirigeable (Zeppelin) Mystery!

Here is an Epinal MYSTERY!!!

I have finished building the Zeppelin, but there are some pieces labeled "C" that look like little rectangles and I HAVE NO FREAKIN' IDEA what to do with them!

Can anyone read this Epinal Print and help me out to finish this thing correctly?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just finished the latest Motorcycle Print - "The Vincent". This was a custom bike created by Matt Hotch that I saw and just had to draw!
